Cansec's CanProx One Multi-Mount Proximity Reader is the first of its kind to offer the flexibility of both door mullion or wall mounting in a single reader solution. The reader mounts on a standard door mullion but also ships with an attractive adapter plate that allows mounting on a single-gang electrical box. This innovative design eliminates the need for two separate reader models.



CanProx One assures compatibility with electronic access control and time & attendance systems by using an industry standard Wiegand interface. CanProx One also provides an impressive 5" read range with a standard card and is compatible with both Cansec and AWID proximity cards.

Long Range Reader

The CanProx Long-Range Reader (P-710) is a high performance design reader. It is classified as a medium range reader, and is capable of delivering read ranges of up to 15 inches (381 mm). The longer read range of the P-710 adds convenience to a wide range of access applications, including turnstiles and parking control.

Bullet Proof Reader

The CanProx Bullet-Proof Reader (P-400) is a member of the Pyramid Proximity line of OEM proximity readers, cards and tags for access control from Farpointe Data. Making use of proven digital radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, it is constructed of stainless steel and Fiber-Tex® (UL752 listed for bulletproof integrity) providing the very highest levels of vandal resistance. Additionally the P-400 features the option of HID proximity compatibility (model P-400-H) allowing it to read both HID and Pyramid Series cards and tags..
