The following information is required to register a new site on Zodiac Connect. Please do not complete this form if the site already exists. Once logged into their account, the designated site administrator may add additional site administrators as needed. Please note that Cansec can only assign one site administrator at the time of initial site registration.

Verification codes and login information from the Zodiac Connect application will be sent to site administrators for account access purposes. Site administrators will also be notified of the status of their credentials after mobile credentials have been added to their accounts. Please note that any future cancellation of the subscription will result in the deactivation of the site administrator account.
